good morning! - how long will it take for authentication/notarized contract of employment for application of the new visa, and how long will it take? can i do walk-in submission of the application and if so, can it happened within a day?.. as i need to bring the authenticated/notarized contract from consular office to the philippines for applying new visa and OEC registration from POEA.
