Yes, if you are an Indian national with a valid Singapore visa (single or multiple entry), you can enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 14 days, according to the Embassy of the Philippines. This visa-free entry is for tourism purposes only and cannot be extended or converted to another visa status. You will need to present your passport, return or onward ticket, and proof of financial capacity.
